Instructional Designer & Developer

The Instructional Designer & Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging learning solutions that support workforce development and organizational goals. This role combines instructional design expertise with technical development skills to create interactive eLearning, instructor-led training materials, and blended learning experiences. The position collaborates with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing eLearning courses and training materials
• Creating blended learning experiences that combine online and in-person training
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives
• Ensuring training programs are aligned with organizational goals and industry standards
• Utilizing instructional design models and frameworks to create effective learning solutions
• Testing and evaluating training materials for quality and effectiveness
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of instructional design trends and technologies

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelors degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
