About Us:

Our home infusion nurses play an integral role in this process, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that prescribed infusion therapies can be safely and effectively administered in the home setting.

As a Nursing Supervisor , you will…

• Maintain Knowledge of current Home Health Regulations, Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) as applicable and other accrediting body standards.
• Works cooperatively with all professional health members, conducts team conference and provides for continuity of care and coordination among disciplines and other departments.
• Participates in quality management programs and performance improvement based on the Agency needs.

As a Registered Nurse, you bring:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
• 3+ years of experience as registered nurse in a home health agency
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
