About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Specialist – Paid Media to drive customer acquisition and campaign performance across digital channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role is a balance of paid media execution and strategic growth thinking. You’ll manage daily campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, test new creatives, and work closely with the creative and analytics teams to drive real business results. This is a great fit for someone who thrives on experimentation, understands performance metrics, and can translate data into decisions.
