Join the Kaleidoscope Landscape Team

Kaleidoscope is now hiring a Landscaping Apprentice.

The Landscaping Apprentice will work with our Crew leads to master pruning and landscaping concepts per our Kaleidoscope 101 training objectives. Concepts include mowing, edging, pruning and more. All skill levels are welcome to apply; from entry level to experienced gardener.

Apprentice: Starting wage $22/hour
Crew Member: $24/hour
Lead: $27/hour Senior Lead: $29+/hour

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Washington state driver’s license with a three-year clean driving record
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work with urgency and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina for 10-hour days, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in all weather conditions
  • Resides in Seattle/Shoreline or has an easy commute

Preferred Qualities:

  • Customer service experience
  • Familiarity with outdoor work in all weather
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to self-improvement
  • Desire to deepen knowledge of horticulture
  • A personable attitude and sense of humor
