We are supporting a leading private equity firm in their search for a polished Executive Assistant to partner with their Investment team. This position provides meaningful exposure to a highly visible, investor-facing function and requires an individual who can operate with speed, accuracy, and exceptional professionalism. The right candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving investment environment.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will act as an essential partner to the Investment team, enhancing efficiency across daily workflows, investor interactions, and event preparation. This individual must excel at juggling competing priorities, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining composure in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver sophisticated administrative support to senior members of the Investment team
Oversee complex calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and facilitate clear communication channels
Draft and refine investor materials, briefing documents, and follow-up notes; maintain CRM data and updates
Assist in organizing and executing investor events such as AGMs, roadshows, conference schedules, and fundraising activities
Cultivate strong relationships with investors, portfolio company leaders, and internal partners
Arrange detailed domestic and international travel and manage corresponding expenses
Anticipate needs, manage sensitive information appropriately, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of high-level support experience within private equity, investment banking, asset management, or investor relations
Strong familiarity with investor expectations and the cadence of a transaction-focused environment
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident interacting with senior stakeholders
Proven ability to work well under pressure and balance multiple deadlines
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
Highly proactive, resourceful, and team-focused
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $125,000–$160,000
