Options Trading Role - Growing Prop Shop

We're delighted to partner with a well-established European prop shop, who are now growing their US presence in Austin, TX.

The role

• This role will be best suited for candidates with 2-6 years of experience, either in a derivatives focused risk taking seat, or in a single-name equity/index options research role
• You will be managing your own trades while collaborating with the wider team on strategic direction and optimization
• The firm is quantitatively focused, so trade execution and research will involve working closely with Python

About you

• You will be experienced in the derivatives space, particularly at a junior-mid level
• The role is exclusively based in Austin, TX, so candidates who are already in the area or open to move will be prioritized
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, and confident in their abilities to run their own trades
• Python experience is essential
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or further degree in a STEM subject from a leading university

• Established in Europe in the late 90s, the firm has been options experts for almost 30 years
• Currently a team of ~80 in the EU, the company has a presence of ~20 people in the US
