About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Associate to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This role supports internal and on-site communication efforts during events and client activations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, coordinating information, and contributing to smooth event operations in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist with coordinating on-site communications during events
* Support event teams by relaying information between staff, supervisors, and vendors
* Help prepare and organize event materials, schedules, and briefing documents
* Provide clear and professional communication to guests and team members
* Assist with registration, check-in, and attendee guidance as needed
* Follow instructions from communications leads and event supervisors
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable interacting with guests, clients, and team members
* Able to multitask and remain organized in fast-paced environments
* Professional attitude and willingness to learn
