Physician - Emergency Department

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus | $10,000 Relocation Assistance | $6,500 Annual CME Allowance

Join our team as an experienced Emergency Department Physician (ED MD) and make a difference in patient care! In this role, you will provide exceptional, cost-effective medical services to patients in our Emergency Department. We are seeking a Board Certified candidate in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with 2-3 years of ED experience.

Emergency Department Physician Requirements:

• Licensing : Must hold a Wisconsin medical license.
• Certification : Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine or Family/Internal Medicine, with a pathway to board certification within one year if not yet certified.
• Current Certifications : ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.

Emergency Department Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Patient Care : Assess, treat, admit, transfer, or discharge all ED patients. Conduct thorough exams, obtain detailed histories, and interpret diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment.
• Collaborative Care : Work closely with various clinical departments and specialists, following established referral patterns to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Quality and Compliance : Uphold the highest standards of medical practice, ethics, and regulatory requirements while consistently delivering quality care.
