We are a small, family owned business looking to add a teacher for our 1-year-old room to our team to help provide a happy and safe environment for our children!

Previous daycare experience is a MUST. Early Childhood Education degree or CDA preferred, but not required. This is a full-time positions. Flexibility and adaptability with the schedule is necessary. Pay will vary with experience. Pay will vary based on experience.

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain ASAP:

• High school diploma or GED
• Level one fingerprint card
• TB test
• First aid/CPR training
• Education degree (preferred)

Teacher’s responsibilities and expectations will include:

• Creating a safe and welcoming learning environment alongside other teachers
• Implementing age appropriate activities to keep children engaged through weekly lesson plans based on curriculum
• Effectively communicating with parents on a daily basis
• Supervising classroom activities and have great classroom management skills
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom, splitting responsibilities up to sanitize and disinfect classroom at the end of the day along with other teachers
• Ensuring the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards
