We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. This is a simple, repetitive task-based role that involves typing, inputting data, and maintaining records. No advanced experience is required just basic typing skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into digital systems and databases

• Type and format documents from handwritten or digital sources

• Update and maintain spreadsheets and logs

• Perform regular data backups and verify data accuracy

• Organize and sort files for easy access and retrieval

• Follow specific instructions and meet deadlines

• Communicate any data inconsistencies or errors to the supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Basic computer and typing skills (35+ WPM preferred)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop

• Strong written communication skills
