Overview:

A Customer Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of service at every interaction. Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and handling POS sales .

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently

  • Manage scheduling and appointment coordination

  • Communicate with internal and external customers via email

  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and purchases

  • Verify and confirm new spa orders

  • Process spa warranty claims accurately

  • Perform daily audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Process e-store orders promptly

  • Close and invoice service orders

  • Review and manage open orders

  • Process WSC parts requests

  • Maintain general office cleanliness and organization

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • 1–3 years of experience in telephone-based customer service

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to efficiently navigate multi-screen CRM systems

  • Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks

  • Flexible and able to work varying schedules based on business needs

  • Dependable, motivated, and self-directed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Technologically savvy with comfort using computers and various software

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00
