Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Answer customer questions about coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and build loyalty
• Follow up with clients and maintain detailed records of all interactions
• Help customers understand insurance options and assist with updates and claims

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (we cover the cost)
