Allied Enterprises LLC is hiring experienced CNC Operators for 2nd or 3rd shift at our state-of-the-art machining facility in Muncie, Indiana. Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Set up and operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes , and other CNC equipment
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings
\n
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers )
\n
• Make basic program edits and assist with CAM programming when needed
\n
• Maintain production quality by performing in-process inspections
\n
• Collaborate with team members on workflow and material handling
\n
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
\n
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues, especially with Fanuc systems
\n
• Assist with fabrication tasks as needed, including press brake operations and basic welding
\n

✅ Qualifications\n

\n
• 1+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
\n
• Familiarity with CNC programming , GD&T , and general tooling practices
\n
• Experience operating Doosan, WIA, or HAAS machines is highly preferred
\n
• Understanding of flexographic or stamping presses is a plus
\n
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
\n
• Basic math skills and ability to read engineering prints
\n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Exposure to SolidWorks or other CAD software is a bonus
\n

Compensation & Shift Differentials\n

\n
• Base pay: $21.00 – $25.27/hr (based on experience)
\n
• 2nd Shift: Additional $0.50/hr shift differential
\n
• 3rd Shift: Additional $1.00/hr shift differential
\n
