Machine Operator with CNC Experience! Direct Hire
1st Shift Weekends (work 36 hours & get paid for 40)

Our client, an industry leader in industrial heat treatment services, is seeking a Machine Operator with CNC Experience to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $58000 - $60000

Shift: Weekend Shift – Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Maintain and operate CNC production machines to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
• Measure and inspect parts for quality and conformity to specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machine operation
• Restart or adjust equipment after power outages or interruptions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Experience with CNC machining or related manufacturing equipment
• Ability to quickly learn and understand production machinery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent
