Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision components, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator 1st Shift

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6am-4pm, with overtime on Fridays

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Read and interpret CNC prints and technical documentation with precision
• Complete quality forms, inspection reports, and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• 1–5 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar equipment
• Proficiency in reading CNC prints and understanding tolerances to .000
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Familiarity with machine controls and basic troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school experience preferred
