Key Responsibilities Curate and maintain an extensive wine list that complements our menu. Lead wine service during dinner service, providing guests with expert recommendations and an exceptional experience. Conduct regular staff training on wine knowledge, pairing techniques, and service etiquette. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and cellar organization. Develop wine pairings. Stay current with wine industry trends, producers, and regional developments. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a sommelier in an upscale or fine dining environment. Advanced wine knowledge with formal training or certification (e.g., CMS, WSET, or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
