Summary: As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class finance team that will support our vision of scaling our business and providing exceptional care to our users and partners. You will work closely with our leadership team to shape our strategic direction, and ensure that our everyday finance activities run smoothly and effectively.
As a proven leader with deep FP&A experience, you will partner directly with our CEO and oversee all aspects of the company's finances, including reporting and accounting. You will be responsible for managing our people, systems, and strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with our goals and critical to our success. With our company's ambitious growth plans and forward-thinking approach, you will have the platform to showcase your leadership skills, contribute to strategic decision-making, and drive financial success.
Responsibilities:
• Strong background in financial management and accounting, with a demonstrated track record of success in preparing and analyzing GAAP financial statements.
• Proficient in leveraging technology to optimize financial processes and reporting, including managing and integrating multiple ERP, GL, operational, forecasting, BI, and management systems.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-responsibility roles, managing tight deadlines, making critical financial decisions, and handling complex financial scenarios with professionalism and composure.
• Ability to handle diverse workloads and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the company's Board of Directors, stakeholders, and employees.
• Keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and self-motivation.
• Proficient in identifying and resolving project application issues related to financial systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Relevant licenses and certifications to support qualification
