What You’ll Be Dishing Out As an integral part of the QDOBA restaurant team, you will: Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner. Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality. Work as a crew member when not making a delivery (see Crew Member Job Description). Double‑check the accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery. Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness. Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders and maintain accurate delivery logs. Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner. Ingredients for Success We’re looking for someone who meets these essential requirements: Must be at least 18 years old to remain compliant with state and federal laws. Possess a reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration, NC inspection, and insurance. Maintain a valid driver’s license on your person at all times. Submit to an MVR report to establish a good driving history within the past 36 months. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
