OutdoorSolarOutlet is a fast-growing online business specializing in high-quality solar lighting products. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensure smooth day-to-day workflows, and maintain accurate inventory.

Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving merchandise, organizing stock, and shipping orders.
• Perform monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Ensure all merchandise is properly received and logged upon delivery.
• Supervise warehouse staff, making sure they:
  • Clock in/out on time
  • Follow procedures and maintain productivity
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
•  
• Monitor packing/shipping operations to ensure all orders are fulfilled the same day.
• Coordinate with carriers for timely pick-up and delivery.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency standards within the warehouse.

Requirements

• 1+ years of warehouse or operations management experience (e-commerce preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, moving boxes, etc. as needed).
• Tech-savvy with experience using inventory management systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
