*The ideal candidate will have:*

-Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Body Shop Manager.

- Strong knowledge and experience in auto body repair, and estimating.

- Excellent organizational skills and technology skills.

- Great team leader that encourages and leads their team in achieving high quality and value for our loyal customer base.

- Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including scheduling, estimating.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
