ResponsibilitiesTitle Processing: Manage the processing of all vehicle titles and ensure timely submission to the state agencies.
Document Management: Organize and maintain comprehensive vehicle documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers and various departments to resolve title issues and queries.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation adheres to local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle titles.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of title transactions, status updates, and prepare related reports.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve title discrepancies and challenges efficiently.
Updates: Stay informed about the latest state and federal regulations regarding vehicle documentation.
RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry, is preferred.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail is crucial for correctly processing title documents.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
Knowledge: Familiarity with state DMV regulations and title processing is desirable.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computer software and databases relevant to title processing activities.
