Responsibilities – Parts Counter Person:  

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries, orders, and pickups
• Support service technicians by providing the correct parts for repairs
• Accurately look up and source parts through catalogs and dealer systems
• Maintain and organize the parts department inventory
• Handle invoices, returns, and warranty parts documentation
• Deliver parts to Wholesale Customers

Qualifications – Parts Counter Person:  

• Previous automotive parts counter experience required (retail or dealership)
• Knowledge of GM parts systems a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent work ethic with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Strong commitment to prompt and reliable work attendance
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required – We’ll provide training and certification
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
