You’ll work hand-in-hand with Consultants, the Director of Client Relations, and Managing Partners to maintain strong client engagement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a liaison between clients and our network of attorneys to ensure smooth case progression. Proactively & consistently reach out to clients to provide updates and answer inquiries regarding their financial programs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and program progress reports. Support internal teams by organizing and optimizing client data for strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through feedback, insights, and innovative solutions as they arise. What You Bring: Experience in the financial services sector, business consulting or related industries preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfort with analyzing client data to drive insights and improvements. Excellent communication skills—not afraid to write emails or get on the phone. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Proficient in or able to learn Google Suite, Excel, and Slack.
