Overview Assistant Executive Housekeeper role at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. The position assists in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, to include public areas and night cleaning. Requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars and will ensure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed. Experience with turndown service and the special needs of VIP guests or foreign dignitaries is helpful. This position reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning. Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and procedures. Support staff training, development and scheduling. Promote an atmosphere of customer and associate satisfaction. Interact effectively with guests, other departments, and team members. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds. 1-3 years of progressive hotel rooms management experience preferred. Service-oriented with professional presentation skills. Strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, and ability to improve the bottom line. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills. Compensation The salary range for this position is $61,800 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on factors such as experience and education.
