Job Summary The Vice President of Enterprise Applications is a strategic leader responsible for driving business transformation through technology. The Vice President possesses a unique combination of deep technical expertise in enterprise applications, particularly SAP S / 4 HANA and Coupa, strong business acumen, and exceptional leadership capabilities to lead initiatives across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or related field. Proven success leading SAP S / 4 HANA implementations (Cloud or On-Premise) and Coupa deployments. Experience in hospitality or multi-property environments preferred. Job Responsibilities Enterprise Applications Expertise : Lead SAP S / 4 HANA implementations demonstrating a track record of success. Utilize deep experience with SAP FICO modules to enhance Finance Accounting and Controlling processes. Manage Coupa platform effectively, overseeing Procure-to-Pay, Expense Reporting, and Supplier Management modules. Oversee the management of custom-developed web applications for consistent maintenance, enforced security protocols, and compliance with defined user provisioning processes. Demonstrate expertise in managing complex application ecosystems within the enterprise. Integration and Architecture Skills : Maintain Master Data Governance strategies to ensure data management and governance frameworks are effective. Develop integration architecture with a strong understanding of system integration patterns and methodologies. Utilize experience with DevOps tools to implement modern development and deployment practices. Financial Acumen and Controls : Apply working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting structures to support financial operations. Understand financial close processes and ensure period-end financial operations are executed efficiently. Implement strong IT governance practices and adhere to technology governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to system controls and data integrity. Communication and Relationship Management : Align technology solutions with business objectives to drive business alignment. Engage stakeholders effectively, managing relationships with business leaders, technical teams, and vendor partners.
