We are partnering with a growing real estate investment firm to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a stable and flexible career in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CFO, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Assist with maintaining records, reports, and files for accounting and investment activities.
  • Support special projects and help streamline office operations.
  • Learn and assist with basic bookkeeping and financial processes (mentorship and training will be provided).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Interest in learning bookkeeping and finance-related tasks.
